USA Cabinet Store in Houston took a very tight, dated, dowdy space and transformed it into a modern, bright, well-functioning kitchen. The former kitchen was poorly designed, allowing for only a 20-inch wide stove and 28-inch wide refrigerator. I devised a design that would allow for full-size appliances. Other companies I brought in to submit estimates balked at executing my design. USA Cabinet Store made it a reality. I now have a well-designed functioning kitchen. Store proprietors understood I had a limited budget and did the work at a reasonable price.

Great customer service. Both gentlemen who worked on our job were very helpful in guiding us through many details we weren’t knowledgeable about. This company pays great attention to details regardless of the workload. The craftsmanship is very neat. The project took a little longer than anticipated due to unexpected circumstances but it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking to get cabinets or renovations in any scale

CLOSET FACTORY REVIEWS

We are very happy with our new closets and wall beds from The Closet Factory. We really enjoyed working with Rick Kaufman on designing special fit cabinets and fixtures for our unique house layout. Rick was very creative and flexible in working with us to come up with (and modify) our designs. And the engineers and design team really goes over everything to manufacturer the final product so that everything fits perfectly. We were so happy that we added another project for our entrance drop zone for our coats and shoed. Thanks Rick as well as the installers, Jesus and Nate (and the designers and manufacturers behind the scene). We're very grateful for our new cabinets and office space and bedrooms.

Closet Factory did an AMAZING JOB! Our consultant was Rocio, who was so friendly, professional, and very helpful. She helped a lot with the creation of my new closet. Very informative and gave advice on what she felt would work best for us. She was wonderful to work with! The rest of the team was also very friendly and professional as well. They are punctual and keep your area clean. What we loved most was the fact that we didn't have to stress over hiring multiple contractors to demo, clear, paint and then install. Closet Factory took care of it all. We LOVE our new closet!!!

We had a wonderful experience with closet factory. Natasha the sales lady that helped with the design of my daughter's closet was very kind and helpful. As an interior designer I already had some ideas in mind for the look I was after, but she was happy to help, and saw through to the end that the project was complete to my satisfaction. The installer was kind and courteous and very efficient. My daughter is thrilled with her new closet, and we are very happy with the end result for the price point. It came out looking very high end without costing a fortune!

The technician, Angel, was amazing. He arrived on time, was professional and courteous. His work was of the highest quality. He even recut two toe boards where the corners didn’t match up and adjusted my dishwasher so it didn’t tilt forward when I opened it. Angel went above and beyond what was expected of him. Kent Moore Cabinets is very fortunate to have such an individual represent their company.

Jose was awesome to work with! He took care of all our concerns with ease and even gave us tips for long term care for our cabinets. He was also very detail oriented and getting all the small details right in order for our cabinets to look nice and work properly.

I needed a correction for a cabinet door. This guy was fast and efficient, would definitely hire again if needed. He was on sight and addressed my issue promptly. Courteous and professional
