Gilbert was wonderful, he was courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. We liked him so much that we signed up for the monthly $19.95 service which gives us two free evaluations and complete cleanings every year. We have been around for a long time with several rip-off home warranty companies and honestly this was the best experience we've had with any home repair company. I highly recommend Gilbert and you guys should give him a raise.

AIR TECH OF HOUSTON AC & PLUMBING REVIEWS

I will always recommend Air Tech for any sort of AC/Heating OR plumbing work! They always come out quickly and have been able to fix what we need efficiently! This time, we discovered our water heater pan was full of water. Bladen from Air Tech came out and quickly assessed that we need a new water heater! He was able to order a new one for us and install it the next morning! They came in and got it done fast and it looks amazing. He also secured a couple other pipe lines near the duct lines for us while he was in there as he noticed they needed it! That was so nice of him. I trust Air Tech completely and am super thankful for all of the work they’ve done for us now!!

I contacted Air Tech to diagnose an issue with my AC system. The technician arrived promptly, was courteous, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit. They clearly explained the problem and provided a detailed plan for the necessary repairs. I appreciated their transparency and professionalism throughout the visit. Although I haven’t decided on the repair yet, the experience was great.

Pierce had to deal with roots in our yard and he left the yard in better condition than he found it. I had many questions and he was so knowledgeable and patient. Would highly recommend!!

I will update this review with the new system installed in my experience. Thank you so much, royal air. The installers went the extra mile to get it installed right away. They were here until 12am installing it to make sure we didn't have to go with out air conditioning. I can't recommend them highly enough.
