What really stood out was how patient and honest he was—he didn’t rush through anything and made sure I felt confident about the next steps. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience, and Alex definitely does. I highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service!

Alex Prince was an outstanding technician. He was honest, upfront, and took the time to recommend the best option for my unit. He was incredibly patient and understanding of my preferences for the new unit installation at my property. Alex made sure I received exactly what I asked for. Moving forward, I wouldn’t want anyone else to service my unit. His honesty and professionalism made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free. Gilbert was wonderful, he was courteous and professional and did a fantastic job. We liked him so much that we signed up for the monthly $19.95 service which gives us two free evaluations and complete cleanings every year. We have been around for a long time with several rip-off home warranty companies and honestly this was the best experience we've had with any home repair company. I highly recommend Gilbert and you guys should give him a raise.

I will always recommend Air Tech for any sort of AC/Heating OR plumbing work! They always come out quickly and have been able to fix what we need efficiently! This time, we discovered our water heater pan was full of water. Bladen from Air Tech came out and quickly assessed that we need a new water heater! He was able to order a new one for us and install it the next morning! They came in and got it done fast and it looks amazing. He also secured a couple other pipe lines near the duct lines for us while he was in there as he noticed they needed it! That was so nice of him. I trust Air Tech completely and am super thankful for all of the work they’ve done for us now!!

I contacted Air Tech to diagnose an issue with my AC system. The technician arrived promptly, was courteous, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the unit. They clearly explained the problem and provided a detailed plan for the necessary repairs. I appreciated their transparency and professionalism throughout the visit. Although I haven’t decided on the repair yet, the experience was great.

Pierce had to deal with roots in our yard and he left the yard in better condition than he found it. I had many questions and he was so knowledgeable and patient. Would highly recommend!!

They were here until 12am installing it to make sure we didn't have to go with out air conditioning. I can't recommend them highly enough.
