Great customer service, Nick arrived earlier than scheduled. He was very professional. He kept me informed throughout the process so I knew what to expect before, during and after the carpet cleaning services. He also took his time to answered all of my questions. It only took about a hour to clean the entire upstairs, the stairs themselves and the master bedroom downstairs. Very fast service from beginning to end. Called late in the afternoon and was able to get the job done by the next day. I will definitely be using Stanley Steamer services in the future.
Today was the third or so time we've used Stanley Steemer and yet again we are left happy and impressed! The fella who came today was able to explain why our kitchen tile's grout would turn colors, and was able to recommend what we should be using to clean it, at least until our next Stanley Steemer appointment that is. They came in, worked hard and it was over before we knew it. We used them for tile this time, and previously it was for carpet in our last home before selling. They always get the job done and do it well. Highly recommended.
Moved into a new home and the carpet was good quality but had some pet stains. Requested service at 6AM and they were out to the house same day by 2PM. Team that came were professional, and did there work in a timely manner. All stains were removed and the carpet smells great.

KIWI SERVICES REVIEWS
I utilized Kiwi for the 1st time, July 2020. I was extremely pleased with the overall Kiwi experience, the representative was punctual, professional yet personal, he even assisted with removing my heavy marble dining table that sits on my rug. My rug was returned sooner than expected, smelling good, throughly dry and looking beautiful. I will continue to use Kiwi for my annual rug cleaning. Shirley displays excellent customer service skills as well, which is a plus. I give Kiwi 5 stars, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for rug cleaning, the only downside is their window is 8 hours, which means you have your entire day waiting on your rug to be picked up.
I have used Kiwi Services for about 5 years and have found them to be quite reliable. The technician shows up during the proper window of time and all have been quite courteous. The work that they do is very good, and my carpets always look almost brand new when the job is completed. The warranty is great as it is good for one year.
Tracy came in to our home to clean up the carpet 3 days after I had Stanley Steamer come in to clean all the carpets in my home. Stanley did a TERRIBLE job. Tracy worked hard, to clean up the carpets. He did a good job and we're so grateful for his service.
