3 Best Apartments For Rent in Anchorage, AK

I'm on my fourth year living at North Pointe. I recommend it to all my friends. I love the area. No one drives up to Government Hill unless they are going to base or if they live there. You have to like the sounds of trains and planes, which I do :) The apartments are surrounded by the train yard in ship creek and the Air Force side of base. The apartment management is awesome. The front desk manager gets things done and she manages really well. The maintenance guys are incredible. I keep meaning to bake them cookies. I once had an issue on a Sunday evening, and they still had an emergency maintenance guy come out to help me. I've also had some noisy neighbors and management doesn't put up with it. I've seen notices put on doors the very next day if someone was causing a problem. To me that's important. I live alone with my dog and I want to feel safe. After about four years of living there, I can vouch it's a safe place, with great management, and comfortable apartments. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. Jeff, Samantha & Connor, 3 hard working people helped me to get A Wonderful Apartment with Spectacular View, Living the Dream. Connor was helping me with a smile in his face. This sweet man was so nice to me. They can not always make you happy right away. At the end of the day, I realized that let me write few nice words for them. They deserve it. Sometimes, people need to have patience, may be not today, another day the sun will rise to them. All 3 are kind & professional. I wish them all the best.

I have been very satisfied with my tenancy here at North Pointe. I have had a couple of minor maintenance issues which were attended to and resolved same day. The office and maintenance staff have been courteous and professional and quick to respond to my concerns. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a place to rent. I wrote this 2 years ago and I wouldn't change a word that I wrote. Am checking back in a year later and am still happy.

Susitna Ridge is a great place to live. Great amenities and very friendly staff. Tina, the leasing agent is very helpful and always greets each resident with a smile. Gary, the head maintenance guy has always been quick to answer and respond to any issues I’ve had over the past 3 years. Apartments are very nice, affordable, and quiet. They put a lot of work into keeping this a preferred community. If you’re looking for a place to truly call home then you can’t go wrong with Susitna Ridge.

I just relocated from the lower 48 and after living in anchorage needed to find a home that I could afford and it was safe for my child and self to live in. I love Susitna Ridge! They are attentive, friendly, professional and so helpful. I love Tina and Eddie! They are the leasing managers. Tina guided and helped me with the leasing and getting a furniture in my apartment while I was at work. If you need a place to rent I would so recommend Susitna: It’s quiet clean and very welcoming.

With this being my first time moving into my first place it is so comfortable and its very quiet and very secured and the staff and very professional and are so friendly and excellent with what they do and make sure i have all my needs rather its maintinence or anything dealing with your place they will take care of it and awesome fitting room reasonable and easy to use.
