CC Midtown worked on my Tesla Model Y. I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Dana the GM is a true pro, and so are all the others working at the shop. I found the communication to meet expectations but the best part was the work they do. Excellent job doing repairs on my car. Couldn’t be happier! 5 star all day.

Classic Collision on Dowling is the place to go! Always treat me like family & get me in asap. special shout out to Megan, Roger & Taylor for being great at communicating with me about my repairs. They are always great, highly recommend to come here for any insurance repair needs.

The manager Ben was very polite, professional, helpful and patient with my entire process. I brought my old Audi in for a repair and within 3 days, what I would have waited 3 weeks for somewhere else, was done at a reasonable price. Then Sharon in auto body helped me with some body shop quotes and emailed all the info I needed within the few hours of speaking with her. Also friendly helpful and professional. From purchasing a new vehicle from Payless to repairs and questions in regards to other information needed on Audi , I’m thoroughly impressed! Thanks Payless crew.

I had them paint the replacement skin for my trailer door. Chazz was super helpful and got it done faster than I expected! The service was top notch and the quality of work was above and beyond. I provided a sample of the old door and they matched the new one perfect. Highly recommend them.

In my opinion, Lithia is the best auto body shop in Anchorage. Unfortunately I have had two vehicles that needed significant repairs and have been extremely pleased with the work and service. Ashley, as an upfront contact is extremely professional and friendly, and a great person to talk to. It’s important to have trust When your vehicles are being worked on and I feel well taken care of.

Had a really good experience with them! Very receptive on phone calls and making sure they could answer our questions with the best person possible. Got out car back in about 2 weeks with consistent communication throughout.

They were excellent in my experience with my claim, Trevor was awesome when doing my estimate. Explained everything I needed to know. Friendly all around, my nitro is going to a better place now. Thank you.
