Extremely happy with start to finish these guys are top notch I had a door installed in the winter and they were the same. Very informative from Sales and the install crew were friendly and answered any questions on time every day with a call before. I cannot recomend them enough. You have a lifetime customer.

These folks were/are great. Wife had some serious health problems develop shortly after our initial order and our windows wound up sitting in Neighbor’s warehouse for months while we coped with that. Office staff was cheerfully accommodating, understanding and caring while we dealt with the health issues. The crew that came out to install the windows were total pros. They were competent, friendly and a pleasure to have in the house. They went above and beyond to do an incredible job. If you need new windows, call these folks. In my opinion there’s no need to look anywhere else.

We just had a new 6' x 4' triple pane slider window installed. The talented crew first protected the carpet and furniture with drop cloths. Removal of the old window went quickly. The opening was taped and prepared for the new window. Once installed it was centered and carefully secured. Window Medics cuts the trim molding at the job site so everything fit perfectly. Once in place they helped repair some imperfections in the sheetrock surround. We appreciated the detailed window cleaning and general cleanup at job end. Matt took time to explain the advantages of their windows which are manufactured here in Alaska. The materials used give the window are nice clean modern appearance which we liked. Big bonus is Window Medics can replace parts of the frame if ever damaged. No need to replace the entire window! We also noticed our room is now quieter with the new window. Altogether a good experience, all done in a timely manner. Pricing was fair and reasonable and communication with their office went well. We plan on replacing a larger window soon and will again call Window Medics.

I was very happy with my experience start to finish! I called a few window places and they were the only one who would actually come out to look at the project. My project was a little unique so they even came out twice to make sure they understood what I wanted and to give me all my options. Steven was great! Communication about scheduling the installation was good and the installation crew was very professional. Super friendly, worked fast, respectful of the house. Once the windows were installed, I actually wanted a modification so I could hang blinds up and they were easy to get a hold of and came back out quickly to modify it. Leonard was super knowledgeable and awesome. Would absolutely use them again.

They came to give us an estimate and had it within 20 minutes, a week later they came and replaced the window super fast Only 30 minutes. They are coming back after our Slider glass comes in. So Glad they could replace the glass and we didn't have to replace the whole window.
