I’ve always received nothing great service from Lithia BMW. I’ve been a customer for a number of years and have purchased two vehicles from the dealership. I had a wonderful experience with Louie Hasipi, he was very informative and explained all our questions. Did he best to show us cars with the color I liked, it had snowed a foot or more of snow that night & still was snowing. He was not pushy, like the normal salesman is and that was much appreciated. He give me time to make up my mind, & give me the exact car I wanted. I had a wonderful experience with Kendall Toyota, I am looking forward to going back.
