POLAR BEAR GIFTS REVIEWS

This is a great place to stop by for souvenirs, especially when you’ve got some downtime before getting on the plane to get back home from a cruise! It’s within easy walking distance of some great downtown restaurants and has a wealth of different things that are great to take home to family and friends. I did think the deals were far better than several of the cruise ship stops and the souvenirs were much more reasonably priced. I highly recommend a stop by Polar Bear gifts.

The prices here were a good value and there was a ton of great souvenirs to choose from. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy something to remember your trip to Alaska. The staff was also very kind and helpful.

All I have to say is that I've been buying gifts for friends from Polar since 1998, when I first visited Anchorage. Im an airline person so I go there fairly often. They have some real fun things there.

Awesome customer service! Somehow one item we wanted to purchase did not make it home with us after a quick trip to Anchorage. I reached out via email and received a reply within minutes. I was able to talk directly with extremely helpful employee over the phone who found the item, packaged it up, charged my credit card, and mailed the package to me.

After looking through several of the mainstream gift shops in Anchorage, Grizzly’s is by far the best one. Good quality items, unique options, and gifts that’ll last well past their purchase. A lot of the shops in the area are outlet places with cheap, low quality options that’ll degrade quickly. Save yourself the time and go here! Plus you get a discount if you stay at the Anchorage Historic Hotel.

Grizzly's Gift and Souvenirs, this shop has it all. The variety of souvenirs is amazing. After having visited many different souvenir shops, I think this is by far the best with the biggest selection. The shop itself is very clean and has a great layout and friendly and helpful staff.

This has always been the perfect experience for the perfect purchase providing Alaska’s amazing culture within a perfect merchandised environment. Enjoy Best fur mittens you will ever experience! Best hats and furs on the martens! Materials for crafting, skins, hides, threads, needles ext… Knowledgeable seasoned staff to assist you with finding the perfect gift or souvenir. Beautiful Mammoth tusks, exquisite jewelry, ivory and jade etc.

Bill was so kind and helpful, as were everyone else who worked there! We popped in on our way to the farmers market and ended up leaving with so many beautiful pieces. If you're in Anchorage, definitely check it out!!

Awesome!!! I have never seen so much fur! The staff was wonderful and helpful. A must "see" if you are in the area. Also has big variety of antlers and locally made fur items and jewelry.
