This is one of the best laundry facilities I have been too. First I like the set up, it just flows very well and the colors are nice and neutral so it was relaxing.The customer service was welcoming and amazing, they were so helpful and nice. Even the staff coming in were just as pleasant as the ones who were getting ready to leave and had greeted me and my family. Plus all their machines work! The change machine, soap dispenser, washers and dryers work. Their washers are great and most of the dryers as well. There seems to be a good amount of baskets and folding tables available. It was clean and well lit. They also have snacks and drinks for purchase. I didn't think i was going be this pleased because its just a laundry mat. I was just going to wash some clothes and didn't think too much into it other than i read some good reviews. And honestly I was waiting for something to be wrong or machine to not work as it should but nope. Though this place was a little far for me I'm glad I made the drive.

This laundromat is the Best of the Best... Always super Clean and the staff OMG they are the best so helpful so positive good loving energy... I had forgotten a load with my favorite Warm blanket of Marilyn Monroe the day before and came back thinking It was going to be gone but i was surprised it was still here Thank you staff God Bless Y'all should really come to this laundromat!!!! You will love it oh they always have nice music playing which makes it even pleasing to Wash...

The service at this location was excellent I always take a comforter there every 3 months I show up drop off pay in advance and get a msg 2-3 hours my comforter is ready A+.

Love that they have washers and dryers for pet beds. Staff is nice and very clean place.

First time trying Rainwater Laundry on Maxwell St and I’m glad I stopped in. I originally went to my usual laundromat nearby, but their coin machines weren’t working (which makes zero sense for a laundromat). So I tried this place across the street and it turned out to be a great find. The place is really clean, the machines look well maintained, and the owner was walking around handing out cold bottles of water to customers — great customer service. They also have free Wi-Fi, which makes waiting on laundry a lot easier. Prices are actually cheaper than the spot I usually go to as well. Clean, friendly, affordable, and solid service. Definitely coming back.

I came in because my washer broke on me and needed to wash a couple loads only. The double washer. Was only 3.25 and the bigger was about $6. Fast and efficient! Great customer service and was even offered a cup of coffee. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. No crowd and in and out. Plenty of parking . I will come again if I need to. Thanks for your hospitality.

Great customer service, very friendly attendant, he offers coffee and water. Also always giving me tips on how to wash my clothes. Very clean laundromat. Thank you.
