i looked at 5 different apartment complexes in the area and chose Autumn ridge.I stayed in one of the upgraded units and it was comfortable and stylish , for me anyway. the location has a peaceful vibe and seems friendly . As im a pet owner finding a place that allows pets is important and they had this covered. Location is also good and easy access to woodland mall, freddys for a casual meal. overall a great place . Management staff were competent and friendly , didn't have much interaction but look like they knew what they are doing.

I lived here for almost 2 years and never had any issues with the office/managers. Liz was my favorite manager to talk with. She was beyond amazing with helping when I had questions or concerns. She was always super kind and was always happy. She made everything feel better and was easy to talk to. Javier was also a big help when I would go in. He always had a smile and said hello. He was always so kind. I would highly recommend talking with Liz and Javier with any questions or concerns.

I recently moved in there a couple weeks ago and honestly what an amazing place to be. The neighborhood is quiet the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Now the three people working on the leadings are some of the best I’ve had the experience to work with me, they are on top of it, organized, Caring and passionate. Latrisha was the main one helping me out and what a joy she was. I was leaving a bad situation and to have such fast and welcoming service was so refreshing and well needed. They got me into my new apartment right away and I adore it! What an amazing team.

I absolutely love living here! The one-bedroom apartment is spacious (the living room fit two large couches), is great for having guests over, has great storage space, the neighbors are all very nice and pleasant, I love having my own garage stall, and it's in a great area. The complex is very well kept and anything I need is right nearby, with groceries and shopping a few miles up the road. Being right across the street from Huff Park has been great for taking my dog on walks through the paths, and the dog park right in the complex has been a huge bonus. The staff is all very welcoming and made moving in a smooth and easy process. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anybody! (For reference, there is a queen sized bed with a nightstand and two dressers in the bedroom).

I was genuinely touched to find a handwritten note and a thoughtful welcome basket waiting for me in my new apartment—it was such a warm and personal touch I've never experienced before! I'm so happy to be living here and already feel right at home.

Hidden Creek is an amazing place to live! It feels like a neighborhood with the private entrances and is so close to everything you would need in Grand Rapids! The insides of the apartments are upgraded and the grounds are beautiful. I feel safe living here and the staff is amazing! 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!.
