The Brix is an amazing place to live. In a way, it feels like a nice resort. Some of my favorite aspects include the close proximity to the medical mile, the building feels very safe, the amenity package is hard to beat (pool, gym, work spaces, golf simulator, etc), and it is pet friendly. All of the staff are very friendly and know us by name which provides a sense of community. The pictures don't do it justice, but the lobby and recreation areas are beautiful and cleaned daily so it is always impeccably clean which I appreciate. One staff member I would like to thank is Euri. Euri always provides excellent and prompt maintenance. It is always a pleasure to speak with him.

I lived at the Brix for 2.5 years and couldn’t have had a better experience. The location is walking distance to many restaurants located on Michigan street. The staff were always so helpful and friendly, especially Ashley and Lauren. The amenities are unlike any other apartment complex I’ve seen in Grand Rapids. They have a beautiful pool, golf stimulator, pool table, gym, and a common area with a living room and kitchen! 10/10 recommend!

Been living at the Brix since July and I have loved it the entire time! Huge upgrade from my last apartment! Love the location, I can walk to class/work, and the Michigan street bars are a ton of fun! I especially love the community that The Brix tried to build with things like a volleyball team!!

I absolutely love living here! The one-bedroom apartment is spacious (the living room fit two large couches), is great for having guests over, has great storage space, the neighbors are all very nice and pleasant, I love having my own garage stall, and it's in a great area. The complex is very well kept and anything I need is right nearby, with groceries and shopping a few miles up the road. Being right across the street from Huff Park has been great for taking my dog on walks through the paths, and the dog park right in the complex has been a huge bonus. The staff is all very welcoming and made moving in a smooth and easy process. I highly recommend this apartment complex for anybody! (For reference, there is a queen sized bed with a nightstand and two dressers in the bedroom)

I recently moved in, and from start to finish, the experience has been amazing! Everyone has been incredibly friendly and helpful before, during, and after my move. I was genuinely touched to find a handwritten note and a thoughtful welcome basket waiting for me in my new apartment—it was such a warm and personal touch I've never experienced before! I'm so happy to be living here and already feel right at home!

Hidden Creek is an amazing place to live! It feels like a neighborhood with the private entrances and is so close to everything you would need in Grand Rapids! The insides of the apartments are upgraded and the grounds are beautiful. I feel safe living here and the staff is amazing! 11/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home!
