RIVERBEND BODY SHOP REVIEWS

Amanda and the whole team at Riverbend are amazing! My car was damaged all across the driver side, and Amanda and the team made sure my doors were replaced and that I received the full repairs and replacements needed. They worked directly with my Progressive insurance claim and representatives for me and even gave me a loaner car to use while my car was being fixed. My car looks like it was never even damaged. I appreciate Amanda and the Riverbend staff for all they did for me and my car. Highly recommend.

Riverbend Body Shop was amazing to work with. They communicated regularly, and did great work on my son's car. This is my third time using them, and they have not disappointed once.

Customer service was friendly and prompt. They seem very busy, which is the sign of a prosperous buisness. Hope they can fit me in their schedule. I'll update this review when I get the work done.

May 9, 2024 This week I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at the Riverbend Auto Shop on Lake Michigan Dr in Standale during my short wait for some auto paint detailing. CARSTAR 76 COLLISION GRAND RAPIDS REVIEWS

I highly recommend taking your car here if you need it fixed! It was my first accident and I had no clue what to do. The receptionist Sydney was very helpful and so friendly! The mechanic that worked on my car Roderic was very helpful and updated me on the status of my car ever step of the way! They got my car done early as well which was great. They helped me set up my rental and took care of everything I needed. I am so glad I brought my car here. Definitely will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Vehicle was ran in to and damaged on passenger side. Which included both passenger side doors and rear quarter panel. The vehicle turned out great. The people at Carstar 76 completed the job on schedule, were friendly and respectful, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

The staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. They worked with our insurance and made a very stressful situation much easier. Thank you so much for helping me and my family.

I have had a great experience with Craig and the entire collision team from start to finish! Craig is super personable, good communication about what my vehicle needed and gave me updates on what to expect time wise when. They worked directly with my insurance which cut out a lot of guess work and anxiety. The gal at the front desk is so nice and accommodating and knew so much about how to help me with rental issues that were from a different company. I highly recommend caliber for any of your vehicle needs. No one wants to have car trouble, but at least caliber has solutions.

Working with Caliber was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a repair shop. They collaborated seamlessly with my insurance company. They were polite and professional. They communicated updates proactively. They set a clear timeline and followed through. The cherry on top: at pickup my vehicle was cleaner than when I dropped it off. Not that I want another accident, but if it happens, I know where I’ll be going.

As long as people keep driving their vehicles into me, I’ll continue to take my car to Caliber Collision. Craig has always done a wonderful job communicating with me about the status of my vehicle and it comes back looking as lovely as the day I bought it.
