Best Auto Body Shops in Grand Rapids

I would like to give a round of applause to the crew at Riverbend Body Shop for the excellent repair job they did on my Honda Civic! My car was rear ended and needed much TLC which it received!! The communication with David Anderson was A-! and he kept me posted on a weekly basis. This was my first accident and I was very anxious about the result of the repairs. I shouldn't have worried since everyone did a fantastic job and I am deeply thankful! Being provided with a loaner car also was a life saver! Thank you ALL, Pamela W. Beck

I dropped my car off at Riverbend last week to repair a little dent/chipped paint in the hood of my car that someone left me after being backed into in a parking lot. They set me up with a loaner that I was able to use all week long. When I picked up my car today, I was super happy to learn that they also fixed up two other little spots on my car that needed a little fresh paint. AND they returned my car to me with a fresh wash — including the interior.Way to make a gals day ???? I’ll tell everyone to use Riverbend!

Riverbend handled everything seamlessly with my insurance, towing, and rental car company, making the inconvenience and stress of hitting a deer much more manageable. They communicated every step of the way. I especially appreciated them texting me so I could have a written record to refer back to. Though things took a while because of delays and the large volume of vehicles they are working with, they even paid to extend my rental car so I didn’t have to pay anymore out of pocket. I heard most from Kim and Zach who were both very helpful. I’d definitely recommend their service!

After tree damage to my Challenger, I contacted Koenes Auto Body for an estimate.The estimator actually came to the car and gave me a quote. I got the car to Koenes, and they repaired it perfectly. The color match was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.

Took my Porsche to Koenes after it got side swiped and backed into. Excellent customer service from Mike Netz. He did an excellent job working with me on getting exactly what I wanted. Just check out the pictures for the outcome.

Very professional, great customer responses, timely updates, all appointments and commitments on time. Jeff and Chris have both been great to work with as has their staff. I would rarely recommend any auto repair facility but Koenes has certainly been exceptional.
