MATTRESS FIRM KNAPPS CROSSING REVIEWS

Chris was extremely helpful in finding the right mattress for us and worked to give us all the options we had in our price point. This was a low pressure process which was refreshing. We ended up taking a day to think about our options. Sherri helped us the next day with finalizing everything and also made the process easy and low pressure.

Our salesman took the time and attention that we needed to make sure we chose the correct mattress and pillows. He showed us several different model a d features available. He helped us get everything we needed for our financing to go thru. The mattress and pillows are amazing. We have a great night's sleep each and every night. The mattress is very supportive and comfortable. We would definitely come back to and refer everyone we know to the Knapp St Mattress Firm. Thank you for such an amazing visit.

We are beyond impressed with the time, patience, and expertise of the staff at the Mattress Firm at Knapps Crossing and would highly recommend them for a bed purchase. I have to admit, I am pretty particular about what type of mattress I like, although honestly, aren’t we all. Natalie walked my husband and I through all the different mattress choices. As soon as I found something close, I would ask Natalie for which mattress would be just a touch firmer or softer, and she would point out the next one to try. We found what I hope is the perfect mattress for us, can’t wait for delivery! Whether you can articulate what you are looking for or not, Natalie has the expertise to help you find your perfect mattress.

I was helped out by Les, he was kind, attentive and patient! He listened to what I needed and helped me pick out a mattress that has suited me well! The process was seamless and delivery was an added plus! I would recommend anyone to Jonathan Stevens, go to Les on Leonard, he will surely help you! Thank you again.
