We suddenly found ourselves in a real need to have our septic tanks pumped and Kevin came out within a couple of hours and pumped them. Once that was done Kevin didn't just leave, but instead had me run water in the house to make sure there wasn't an additional problem. Well, it was quickly determined there was an additional problem so he went the extra mile and was able to then determine we had a problem with roots right at the point where the pipe from the house enters the first septic tank. He was then able to remove those roots and immediately the water that was backed up in that pipe flowed and flowed. We are very thankful for the extra effort Kevin put in to resolve our plumbing issues, as well as with how quickly he was able to come to our house to pump out the tanks. We strongly recommend this company!
