Plummers is an excellent company. I was referred to them from a plumbing company because I needed a scope. Jamie arrived on time, wore booties in my house, was clean and thorough and patiently gave me an education on good maintenance for my plumbing and sewer system. The office people were friendly and the cost very reasonable. I highly recommend Plummers.

My landlord called in Plummers and they came in after hours. Quick and fast service. Friendly and considerate. First time having an issue and it was resolved in a timely fashion. Now to have a conversation with my teenagers about what can’t be flushed down the toilet. Corey was great.

Service Tech was fantastic! Came in, found our other tank right away, dug and emptied both tanks super quick! Very happy with the service and will send others to them.

This was my first experience with a septic system and was having my alarm going off. I encounter a small scheduling hiccup, but overall my experience with their service team Dave and his manager, Was great! They were knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. While, Dave was pumping the septic, my alarm continued to sound. He reached out to his manager, who arrived quickly to address the issue. It turned out that the alarm was faulty. I appreciate thorough and genuine care for their customers. This positive experience will leave a lasting impression on me and I will definitely refer Kerkstra to anyone I know who has septic needs. Thank you again guys.

Scheduling and communication ahead of our appointment were great. The job was done very efficiently with great clean up. He was very professional and thorough in the explanation of what was found and recommendations for future service. I would highly recommend this company.

Septic Works is an absolute first class operation. Joe and his family know exactly what needs to be done and exactly how to take care of whatever problem you may have. They recently replaced a septic pump and our drain field. Not only were they professional but they were also very friendly and personable. We were stuck with a failed drain field and they took care of what seemed to be a hopeless and frustrating situation and made it better. We had multiple quotes and Septic Works beat each and every one of them, hands down. Joe and Ruth at Septic Works will be the only septic company that we will ever call again to service our home. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needing service on a septic system.
