Best Furniture Stores in Grand Rapids

Absolutely the best experience I have had shopping for new furniture EVER! Our sales associate Bree was fantastic and extremely helpful with our purchase, but more importantly, she made the experience "FUN"... not a word I normally use when shopping for new couches but it was indeed a great experience. If Ashley homestore reads these reviews KEEP THIS SALES PERSON AT ALL COST! We will be coming back and using Bree the next time we're in. Thank you for making a normally monotonous experience much more enjoyable.

We worked with Norm Young today. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and gave us the space we needed to make a decision. Everyone in the store was exceptionally warm towards us as well. We were able to find the perfect armchair we had been searching weeks for. Hands down one of the best experiences we've had in a furniture store.

Bree was extremely helpful and accommodating! She took the time to explain every detail of the ordering, financing and delivery processes, was patient with me while I deliberated and was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for help ordering furniture from Ashley Homestore.

Love Bob’s Discount Furniture on 28th Street, Grand Rapids. Our sales person Jordan was phenomenal as was Karen and the manager there. It was a great experience better than any other furniture store I have bought from. The sales people do not bug you, you can actually look around and not be hounded I give this store a 10 plus plus rating. Go here and buy your furniture. Great selection and great prices and service.

Luke made this experience very enjoyable! He was knowledgeable about the products and gave honest suggestions about different pieces. He was helpful in showing us how different pieces looked next to each other. Luke did not overwhelm us when asking if we needed help, and gave us space to shop around and form our own opinions. He was also very personable and made the whole process less stressful. I’ve already recommended some of our other friends to him.

Phenomenal! We had Linda who went through the whole store to find us a couch in stock that we would like. She went above and beyond after telling her we were lied to by a competitor down the road. I will definitely be coming back for all my furniture needs! What a great experience! I could not be happier.

We can’t say enough great things about our experience, in particular with Jacquelyn! She was so helpful in assisting us with furnishing our basement space and being so patient and kind throughout the entire process. We highly recommend working with her if you’re looking for someone who will make the experience fun and offer their interior design expertise to the best of their ability.

Great experience with Linae - she kept looking after we gave up and found the perfect sofa. Loved it so much we ordered a second one after she called to see how we liked first one. She wouldn’t have had the sale except she didn’t give up. Hang on to that gal. She was a pleasure to work with.

Always a great experience working with the sales people at Talsma Furniture. There is always a great selection of quality furniture to choose from. We have been buying home furnishings there for many years and everything still works and looks like new.
