From the time we walked in the door it was a pleasant and easy experience. Deborah helped us and she was great! Very knowledgeable and relaxed, and didn’t pressure us into anything. She let us look around, frequently checked on us and answered all the questions we had. When it was time to purchase and set up delivery she helped us with all the best options and it was a quick and easy process! The store manager also came over, introduced himself, and thanks us for our purchase. Overall a really great experience and would recommend to anyone.

Love Grand Rapids Lazy boy. Shopped their clearance center as well as their main showroom. Found exactly what we were looking for and bought from both areas. William was incredibly helpful, felt no pressure to buy and loved his suggestions. Hannah helped us by setting up a room plan and used her computer skills to mock up many possible arrangements for our planned room. Personable, lazy boy quality and warranties!!! Highly recommend shopping here before you buy at the big box stores or discount locations. You get what you pay for.
