3 Best Bridal Shops in Grand Rapids, MI

I went to David’s bridal for my first trying on of dresses. Was not really impressed. Found this shop as my second stop of this journey and honestly have been recommending it to everyone I know getting married. The attendant was very helpful, fun, and had all of the excitement for me and my group. Even have package options for my bridesmaids to get a discount! Absolutely love this place! So many options in dresses and all the good vibes.

Nicole was wonderful! She made me feel at ease and comfortable during the whole process. The selection of dresses was so much better than the other two places I went and were mostly within my budget. This place came highly recommended to me by older and younger brides (been in business over 30 years) and it did not disappoint. I said yes to the dress.

Bridal Elegance was so helpful with the entire process! I was a bridesmaid helping my friend find her wedding dress. They were so accommodating with the multiple dresses and multiple veils. They even made saying yes a fun experience.

I had best experience at Renee Austin out of all the bridal shops I went to (GR, NYC and even the Philippines)! Mia was incredible at taking my preferences and finding exactly was I was looking for. Despite working with future brides everyday, she still understood the importance of these special moments and was always so personable, considerate, kind, did not make me feel pressured. She went above and beyond to keep my budget in mind. She was so sweet to my friends and family that accompanied me as well. I have such fond memories from trying dresses on that day and I absolutely loved final my dress! Thank you Mia and everyone at Renee Austin I also want to praise Carol Schimmel who did my alterations. She has her own small business and has a relationship with Renee Austin. My experience at Renee Austin was the best among the 8 bridal shops I went to. My stylist, Joslyn, was incredible! She’s experienced, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I felt like she truly cared about understanding me and helping me find the best dress for me. She got my vision exactly and guided my decision making. The dresses here are high quality, fashionably current, and at affordable prices! Loved the variety as well. They are so genuine, helpful, and happy for their brides! I could not recommend Renee Austin more! I tried on dresses at several bridal shops in the West MI area and their stylists were the most friendly and encouraging ones I encountered. I mostly worked with Mia, the owner, who is super sweet but also had my first ever bridal appointment with Eliza and she made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. I ended up buying my dress from them and would do it all over again.
