One never knows what one is getting into when traversing the Home Remodeling Show. Every vendor thinks they have the best products, services, and pricing. Well, through sheer luck or just a gut feeling we choose Flawless Flooring. My guardian angel was at my side once again as this company was fantastic from interview to finished product. We redid the flooring in our finished basement getting rid of probably 25 -30 year old carpet and redoing the main floor with LVP and new carpeting in the bedroom and closet. James and Jimmy made sure the floor was leveled and the vapor barrier was set. They moved furniture back and forth as needed as they just kept laying plank after plank. Carlos and Chisten were our carpet installers and they were another pair of professionals. Deina, in the New Berlin office really helped us understand the payment schedule and pick out samples to take home and then order the materials. Dave B, the owner, was a great non pressure salesman and first contact. His business reflects his talents. Dave K, the final inspector, was a great final contact person. In the end, we couldn't be more pleased with the people, the products, and the perfect new look for our basement.
