This couldn’t have been a better experience. When 5 other dealerships I stopped at wouldn’t even come close to Kelly Blue Book value on my car, CarMax almost paid it off. Highest offer by far. They let you test drive on your own and don’t care how many you want to drive. No games or negotiating at CarMax like other dealers or financing offices to have to go into making it an all day experience. They sent a car from Kenosha that I liked and that was the one I ended up going with. I was helped when no one else wanted to help me. And the customer service and follow-up was phenomenal! Can’t say enough great things!!!!!! No BS and so very efficient. Thank you!!!! Ask for Drina or Cory if you’re in search of a car!!! 10/10 recommend and go back.
