GLENMUIR OF NAPERVILLE REVIEWS

We moved into Glenmuir of Naperville Apartments a month ago, and so far, everything has been great. The leasing process went smoothly, thanks to Steve, who provided excellent communication and was very quick in resolving any questions we had. We truly appreciate his help in making our move-in experience seamless. The complex itself is well-maintained, with a pleasant atmosphere and great amenities. We hope our experience here continues to be just as positive. We highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live in Naperville!

Steve is amazing and we had great 12 months with this property. Great place for kids as there are multiple parks near by. One day we forgot to lock the main door and nothing happened, so the safety in the area in general is good. Again Steve is amazing.

I have loved living here for almost 2 years! The dog park is perfect for me and my dogs, the clubhouse is gorgeous with a gym big enough to do all my simpler workouts and the pool is always full of good energy in the summer. Any issues I have ever had they have been addresses quickly and efficiently, whether that’s with maintenance or in office. All of the team members are kind and very welcoming. I look forward to seeing Joe at the Christmas parties each year because he’s just always so lively!! I highly recommend this complex.

Nice place honestly it’s not bad as people say, we’ve been here a year and half. They do send of emails and post on elevators and doors to pick up trash, no smoking and picking up dog poop but of course when in a building this big it will be a few knuckleheads, some can be loud etc but I can’t put that on the views when I see them trying to let people know the rules etc.

Tiffany was a pleasure! She made me feel welcome from the start of my tour till she gave me my keys. Communication prior to moving in was amazing. She was very informative and the whole process took about a week! Schedule a tour and ask for her if you want a welcoming easy move in!

Tiffany was amazing through out the entire application/move in process. She made it straightforward, quick and easy. So happy with my apartment too! It exceeded my expectations. I could not be any happier with the end result!

RAILWAY PLAZA APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I've been living here for the last 3 years, and everything has been good. Kristen our Property Manager is the best, and always on top of taking care of her residents, in a quick timely manner! The units are very nice, clean, and modernized. I've been very pleased living here thus far with no major issues and or concerns. The on-site pool and plenty of grills is definitely a plus, especially if you have kids, or young ones living with you. The staff is very nice and friendly! Thanks Kristen Demma, and staff.

Had a showing with Tristan, and he was so nice and very informative. He was able to answer any questions I had. This place is great for those on a hybrid commuter schedule. The apartments are very quiet. I love that they have smart technology for the thermostat and entry to the apartment. There's a bike room, and they don't charge for parking or storage (which is on the balcony) like some others in the area. I love how close to the train station is (backs up to the complex parking lot). I'm really looking forward to applying in a couple months.

I've been searching for apartments for three weeks, 3 apartments a day. Lenae was an amazing human. She listened to me and my needs. She cares, she's compassionate, and she is wants applicants to be happy with the place. She also lives there. Very few leasing agents care as much as her.
