Been with this dealership with our third Highlander now. And this time it was Grand!! Yup Grand that we got a grand service from the dealership especially our sales rep Allan Marcial. He assisted us with our second one and now had offered something grand. He offered us an option we can't resist. Thank you!! Can't wait to enjoy this Grand ride we got from being so undecided to just I'll take that one.

Purchased a Grand Highlander Hybrid from Luke at Toyota of Naperville. Being that this car is in high demand, I was on a wait list. Luke let me know as soon as some allocations fit my parameters and placed a deposit on one until it came in. There were no upcharges or hidden fees. Amazing experience ,Kwaku and the sales manager Mike Alder made this the easiest/smoothest purchase ever ,Mike got me top dollar for my trade and insane price for the M5 I purchased,from the moment of first contact via emails to actually going physically into the dealership and walking out with the keys it took few hours,these guys and girls (finance manager April is awesome herself) do know how to do business and value your time . This is not your typical dealership with sleazy sales practices ,at Bill Jacobs you are given hones and straight deal with zero pressure to buy. Highly recommended!!!

Amazing service. The service here never disappoints. I went in just browsing and thinking a BMW is out of my range but the sales rep I worked with (Giovanna) was extremely helpful and very nice throughout the entire process. I ended up taking home a BMW X1 that same day. The entire process was smooth and fast. They are extremely competitive with pricing. I saw 6 other car brands that day and BMW had the most competitive pricing and bang for your buck would highly recommend to anyone new to BMW or just moved to the area. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I just purchased a new BMW at Bill Jacobs and we had a great experience. Our dealer, Christian J. was very friendly, informative, and helpful. When we picked up our car it was presented to us detailed in side the building. I had a walkthrough with the technology person and she also helped me pair my phone to my car.
