We had 3 Marvin Infinity windows and a patio door installed. The installation was difficult, they had to remove an old bay window & create a new wall for the windows & they created a new opening for the patio door. They did an amazing job and it turned out perfectly! Gary helped on every step along the way to make sure we were happy & satisfied with the final product. We will definitely be using Next for our future window replacements.

The whole process with Next Door and Window was great. It started with Joe Oddo as our sales person. He's very knowledgeable and courteous. We ordered our doors and got them in the time they quoted. Installation was great, Isaac did a great job. He was very professional and meticulous with his work. We love our doors.

We had two entry doors replaced; our experience with NEXT-DOOR and Window was quite positive.from start to finish. We were keep informed about the details of our order and expected installation. Employees were professional and knowledgeable, our sales person (Carol) even dropped by the day of installation to make sure things were going well. Dave Waechter is amazing! 25 years ago, he orchestrated replacing all 42 windows in our house - custom sizing, tricky installation, etc. Ever since, we have called him with questions, concerns, and an occasional SOS. Dave always responds immediately. Most recently, we had a door that wouldn't lock so there was a security issue. Pella Service scheduled an emergency appointment but it was a week out. I called Dave; he came over and figured out how to secure the door until service could get here. Dave is a credit to Pella and a friend to his customers! The world needs more like him.
