Whether you need jewelry repairs, custom pieces, or any type of jewelry service, I highly recommend Costello Jewelry Company. Their attention to detail, genuine care for their customers, and quality of work set them apart. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future jewelry needs!

We had an amazing experience with Costello Jewelry! My engagement ring and wedding band were purchased here, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. After I found a on my band, they quickly fixed it without any hassle. A special shout-out to Maureen, who made the experience even better- she’s incredibly sweet and remembered us. The day before our wedding, she called to wish us the best, which truly made us feel special. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for quality jewelry and excellent customer service!

From beginning to end we had the most positive experience working with Costello jewelers and specifically Sabina. She was very easy to work with, and truly listened to what we were looking for in a 15 year ring upgrade. She gave us some great advice and ideas, and ultimately our final product is one we are absolutely in love with. She was not only knowledgeable and attentive but also went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I was looking for. Her professionalism, patience, and keen eye for detail made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. If you’re looking for exceptional service with a touch of unexpected charm, I highly recommend visiting James & Sons and asking for Amanda. She truly made my experience one to remember!

I had to get two watches services here and I am NEVER dissatisfied. They always clean your jewelry when you bring it in, plus the work gets done in a very timely manner. The work is done in a very delicate and professional manner. All the store staff are awesome and answer any inquiries you may have. I’ve gone to this store for all of my jewelry and watches. 10/10.

Stopped by one day to look at anniversary rings and met Gracie. Over the next few weeks and many meetings she helped me narrow down my search and find the perfect rings within my husband’s budget. Gracie was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I loved working with her so much, I ended up going back and buying another ring for myself. I look forward to working with her again in the future.

She is so welcoming and helpful but never pushy during the entire experience. My Fiance absolutely loves her ring. We are coming back again for further ring purchases. I recommend anyone who is looking for jewelry to come to this place. The Diamond Studio gets 5 stars in my book.

I found the perfect piece for a special occasion, and the pricing was better than I anticipated. The people at the diamond studio are always so kind and helpful! They take the time to answer my questions no matter how silly and do a wonderful job! They resized my ring for me and you can’t even tell! I absolutely love going in to get my ring cleaned!! Highly recommend!
