He was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us purchase a mattress. We were able to test out numerous models, which included some that were not even on the show floor but they were willing to go the extra mile and grab them for us. We could not have been happier with the customer service we received and were able to purchase a mattress and set it up for delivery to our new house in less than an hour. American Mattress was the 3rd place we stopped to shop. We liked the idea of it being family owned and a sale was in progress. Our salesman was personable, and very helpful. We got a great deal on a twin mattress for our guestroom daybed. Needing our own queen mattress replaced soon, there's no hesitation to return to American Mattress.

Absolutely wonderful! What an incredible experience! The store manager Stacy gave us our space to look around and lay on different mattresses. Once we were ready to ask questions, he was extremely helpful, was very respectful of our price point, explained the warranties, and was pleasant and funny.
