Our new home built by DJK is beautiful and the quality outstanding. We were very fortunate to have worked with Halina Mark on the design. Halina carefully listened to us and created an interior design that is both beautiful and functional. Halina patiently worked with us every step of the way from architectural plans to close. During the architectural design phase Dan Kittilsen was helpful and had great ideas. Mark Papa managed construction and was outstanding throughout the project. Mark’s attention to detail was remarkable. The subcontractors used by DJK were excellent. Any building project is bound to have problems but both Mark and Halina worked quickly to resolve issues as they arose. DJK’s build process is thorough. While DJK is not a cheap builder, they do strive to build an excellent home.

My husband and I recently moved to the Chicagoland area and were interested in a custom home. We worked with Amanda to discuss homes, lots and even visit the Design Center. It didn't work out at this time to purchase a DJK house, but we will be back as soon as we can as we were thoroughly impressed with their customer service, their design options, customization abilities and building practices. We can't say enough fantastic things about Amanda and the rest of the team. We look forward to working together in the future!.

My husband and I have had the privelege of building our custom home with Kings court and are grateful for having a trustworthy builder who made the process flawless. It was our pleasure to work with Pete and his team. Pete is an honest and upright builder who assured that his client’s expectations are met. They adhered to the schedule and the attention to detail/workmanship is unmatched. The two year warranty is a bonus and reflects the integrity of their work. If we ever decide to build again I would without hesitation pick Kings Court!.

My wife and I really enjoyed the home building experience with King’s Court. Pete and his staff were truly professional and guided us through every step of the way. We were also very impressed with the subcontractors they work with. The qualify of their craftsmanship was truly top notch. Building for the first time we were very overwhelmed but KCB but Pete was extremely helpful throughout the process. Linda and Tiffany were very accommodating and we never felt as though we asked too many questions. Our 7 and 9 year old sons Liam and Colin also really enjoyed the process and are now “little home building experts.” If we every build again in the future we would choose KCB hands down. Thanks again to Pete and all of the KCB team for a great experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better builder!.

All three of them are quick to respond and put any of our concerns at ease as we went through the process. We highly recommend SG Home Builders to anyone that is interested in doing a renovation and appreciates design, quality, communication and attention to detail!.

Ryan built our family home and it was a great experience from start to finish. From proactively identifying issues to communicating/engaging through the process, Ryan made sure we were taken care of. The real measure of integrity to me was when those inevitable little things come up as we settled in (and the house settled in too) and Ryan took care of them quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend the SG team!.

Ryan and his team were an absolute dream to work with! From start to finish of our home renovation, they communicated with us each step of the way. Quality of work is very good. We’ve recommended them to our close family and friends.
