3 Best Furniture Stores in Naperville, IL

I went into this location a few weeks ago looking for information about a chair I had purchased at another store that was defective. Vance, the salesman, even knowing that there was no sale to be had, just information given, was SUPER helpful and kind. I went in to this location today and dealt with Vance and Alex, the manager and I must say I was blown away by the superior service I received. I was exchanging the chair, again, purchased at another store, and even though this was not their problem, it was handled so professionally. (I had moved 2 hours from the original store.) Vance helped me select a chair was was a better fit for my short legs. He recommended styles and options that I was not aware of. I am SO pleased with the chair he helped me choose. Alex had to go through a lot of computer hoops to get my situation resolved while assuring me that I was not being a pain because another store was involved. He explained some things I was not aware of and was able to handle those issues

My daughter and I went into the local Laz-Boy and were promptly asked by one of their reps how they could help. I told him what we were interested in and he asked several questions and then led us to four recliners that met the requirements we had. He clearly explained the differences allowing us time to try them out. We decided to purchase after he showed us fabrics and was able to give us an estimate of cost. No pushing on his part. The product spoke for itself and the friendly knowledgeable salesman put the final touch on the sale. I would shop there again without hesitation.

Worked with Alex to get a recliner and I left absolutely satisfied. I found what I wanted, no high pressure upsells or add-ons, the purchase process was expedient and I even was able to snag a nice rug on clearance. The chair is awesome and totally worth what I payed. Will definitely shop here again.

My wife and I stopped by Penny Mustard in Naperville to look for a new rug. We had several unsuccessful stops at previous furniture stores in the area earlier that day, and we spotted one that we loved right away as Bianca greeted us. We spent some time with her going through the other options they had, before finally going with the first one that we saw. As we walked around the showroom, we also found a dinette set that would be perfect for our kitchen. Bianca was extremely patient with us, and helped us find just the right fabric for the cushions. Not only was she very professional, but she was fun and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend her and Penny Mustard to anyone looking for new furnishings. Our furniture and rug were delivered yesterday, and the guys were fantastic too. They took exceptional care as they brought each piece into the house and were very pleasant. Bianca called a few hours after the delivery to make sure everything went well, to which I assured her that the whole experience far exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back when we're looking for new furniture again in the future.

Our experience at Penny Mustard in Naperville was excellent from start to finish. Pia was welcoming and very helpful. She took time to find out what we were looking for, and show us several options around the store, as well and answer questions while we were there, and after we left. She helped us customize the sofa we purchased, and explained the financing terms and delivery tems, even texting me additional information after we had left the store. When the sofa arrived, we were very pleased with the appearance and feel of it. It seems well made and we hope it will last a long time. The delivery people were also very courteous and helpful - and right on time! It makes a huge difference if you are made to feel welcomed and valued as a customer and I think Pia at this Penny Mustard did a fantastic job.

Excellent service, knowledgeable. Let us check out fabrics and wood pieces to make sure they would work in our home. Smooth order process and would highly recommend getting the five year warranty if you have pets and kids, it's excellent.
