Omar came out to my home after I had a negative experience with another company. I was ready to do the window coverings myself, but Omar had restored my faith and showed me there are still people who stand by their work and their words. Omar was very professional from start to finish. We had 20 window coverings installed and couldn't be happier with results and the pricing. The blackout shades will make your room pitch dark, allowing no light to come through. The light filtering (pics) shades are nice to keep the sunlight out but still illuminate the rooms. If you are looking for someone that you can trust and deliver on quality, give these guys a call. You will not regret it .

This is an exceptional company. From start to finish they impressed us. The first interaction with Omar was great. He measured, offered suggestions and provided a very competitive price. Upon contracting with them, we got a call a few days later with the install date and time. They kept us informed on the arrival time and did an exceptional job installing 7 shutters. We were so impressed with the company, the quality of the product and the pricing that we then asked them to measure, quote and install 5 more windows. Again the complete project, start to finish, we could not be happier. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Was shopping for window blinds and came across JMR, so glad we did! We ended up wanting to get shutters. JMR was the 2nd company to give us a quote for the same Norman shutters product, and their quote blew the other company’s out of the water. Their sales representative Patty was super friendly, nice and not pushy at all like the other company had been. Our order ended up being manufactured and ready even quicker than they had estimated. They were flexible with scheduling our install day, and Juan came and installed them so quickly! The shutters are great quality and look amazing. They definitely elevate the look of our whole house.
