THE FAIRWAY APARTMENTS REVIEWS

The apartment complex is nice, the layout of the units is good. Management has been kind and easy to work with, and the actual application process was pretty easy. Maintenance has been great, Jordan was quick to fix our dryer hinge, replace our lightbulb and fix our blinds not locking in place. He was communicative and respectful, and had everything done quickly and efficiently. Additionally the amenities are nice, and management frequently hosts community events especially around holidays. This community also feels safe, there’s not a lot of crime in the area, or suspicious people’s or unsafe events in the complex.

Best place to live! I was here for almost 4 years. They keep things nice and it always felt like a safe area to live alone. I had to take my dog out every night, and the lamps were well lit and there would be a security car every once in awhile that I would see. My bathtub was even deep enough to take baths in and the gym is well-equipped and usually pretty quiet. It was pricey, but well-worth it in my opinion.

This is a beautiful and well-maintained apartment complex; the best I've seen in Salem. The manager is also highly professional, kind and personable. My family and I are ecstatic that we found this as our new home.

This was one of the best living experiences I’ve had. I absolutely loved everything about this property this property is very well kept up very clean and quiet when I had a maintenance request they responded very quickly and got it done …Melodie the apartment manager is just overall one of the most amazing/caring /sweetest people I’ve met …I would say look no further your gonna love your NEW HOME.

Love this place! The apartments are spacious and very well maintained. The office staff are friendly and always there to help. The other tenants are quiet and friendly. Everyone cleans up after their dogs. There is a nice small dog park area. The pool is well maintained as well as the grounds.

This is a secure place to live. And the management here is great. Since day one everyone in the office and the community have been such a great and the vibe is safe and welcoming.

SADDLE CLUB APARTMENTS REVIEWS

Laurie has been manager here for all, of over 10 years, that we've lived here now. Brooklyn has been the assistant for quite awhile now too. It's nice when it's the same people you've been interacting with for years. The location is tucked away from Lancaster, so that's a big plus. They are often in the office, even early that I've seen recently, which I appreciate. They are easy to talk to. They always fix things fast when we have had issues. They recently did a lot of work outside, so it looks nice. Most of our neighbors have been friendly over the years and have cameras. I think these are the nicest apartments we've lived in. We last lived in West Salem. Overall, my husband also says these are the nicest apartments he's lived in and he has lived in a couple of different ones in Salem.

We moved in one month ago. The staff have been wonderful. Professional and prompt in replying to any form of communication. The the few repairs we have needed, again the communication and attention to repairs has been excellent and prompt. The grounds are kept nice and they are always working on upkeep. The saddle club residents have been quiet and helpful. I appreciate the short term lease without added monthly charges. Saddle Club is a hidden gem.

I have lived here for a year and a half, and my experience has been amazing. Laurie and Brooklyn are professional, yet personable, and always there for anything I have needed. The maintenance staff is responsive, and the grounds are impeccable pretty much all the time. The pool is always clean, the gym is great, and the clubhouse is very nice!.
