KAUFMAN HOMES REVIEWS

Incredible professionalism, craftsmanship, and service. I just toured a nearly finished Kaufman home and was impressed at each turn. The craftsmen working on the home were detail-oriented and appeared to take pride in their work. The workspace was clean and organized. I especially liked that many of the doorways, counters, etc. were covered to protect from dust or from being nicked. Overall I felt that the Kaufman team was thoughtful in their approach. I have only good things to say.

Working with Kaufman was a wonderful experience. The office staff at Kaufman were friendly, helpful, and always pleasant. Dale and his crews were prompt, professional, friendly and really put our needs first. They provided exactly what we needed. The crews went the extra mile and their pride shows. There were no surprises at the end of the project. We are more than happy that we went with Kaufman, and highly recommend them to family and friends. We look forward to working with them again on some future project.

They are the best builders in Salem and the surrounding area. If you want it done cheap don't come here. But if you want it done right, with quality work and quality materials along with very friendly people to work with them this is the place.

Kraft was the best contractor who has done work on my house. Emma and Katrina are so knowledgeable, clear communicators who work to ensure that the job is done well, on time, and to your specifications. The planning process was so smooth. We remodeled a bathroom and added a bathroom. The job was done on time and on budget and the house was left spotless. I would highly recommend Kraft for any of your construction needs.

Having built 3 houses and remodeled 5 or 6, clear communication and prompt follow up are key to a successful project. Kraft demonstrated these qualities right from the start. During the project they were careful to protect the rest of the condo from dust and dirt (while working on the kitchen). Their subs were all professional and on time. The quality of work was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

KCC was great to work with. Excellent communication, they did what they said they’d do when they said they’d do it. Roger and his crew were easy to have in our home. And best of all, their workmanship is first rate and we love the results.

It was nice to call and have him answer any questions I might have. He was especially helpful with the proper meters and utility set up. Thanks for suck great service.

Brent Pence and his company did a Phenomenal job building out our office space for my real estate company here in Salem.They completed the job right on schedule and treated us like first class. I was impressed enough to have him now bid and look at building a shop for me at my personal residence. I would recommend this company to even my mother:) and I love my mother for clarification.
