BREE is FANTASTIC! She groomed my dad's naughty little poodle mix and recently adopted rescue dog, who obviously doesn't care for being pampered with face washing or being near water. He must have been traumatized early in his 2 years of life. Appreciate the time she spent trying to get him finished without looking too terribly awful. Next time I'll ask my dad to give "Charley" some CBD oil beforehand to calm his nerves. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Jan for Aubrey Robertson.

I want to give a shout out to the cashier Shane at the Lancaster location in Salem, OR. Every time I go in there when he is working he immediately greets and recognizes me. Not only that but he has great customer service! Knows what I need and doesn't lollygag around about it. All the appreciation man thank you.

Great place for all my pet needs. We have pet turtles and PetSmart has a large variety turtle supplies. Always a friendly smile when I need help locating something or making a decision on what we should get.

We've had nothing but great experiences at this PetCo. The staff are all super friendly and very knowledgeable. Especially Taylor G. We also bring one of our dogs for grooming and have nothing but great things to say about that department. Alex in grooming has done a great job and I will definitely keep bringing my pup back.

Took my 4.5 year old German Shepherd to the groomer there. He had never been professionally groomed before and they were really great with him. Alex did a wonderful job and we will be back.

We love having Petco so close. Even though thier prices aren't the best, they do have a lot of the pet supplies we use.

Very clean and organized. I have mobility issues and they have the electric carts at the entrance of the store fully charged. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Coastal Farms has all sorts of things, plants, snacks, clothes, handbags, gloves, hats and lots of stuff for your pets!!.

Went to get dog food. Meander on through. My pup was with no problems! Stores always clean staff are always very friendly.

Took my kitty in to get here Vax kit. They all loved her. Very friendly staff.
