A&B SEPTIC SERVICE REVIEWS

We had an issue with our septic systems which was causing it to back up. A service call was scheduled, and Timothy B. was the line tech assigned to help us. He arrived, took a look at the system through the access points, and quickly determined the potential problem (blocked outlet from the tank to the distribution line). He cleaned out the line and the problem was resolved. He also made a potential recommendation for preventing rainwater from seeping into the tank during rainy months. Timothy said he would ask his supervisor at A&B about that recommendation. Timothy answered all of my questions and did a great job of explaining details on how the system worked. Timothy did a great job and we appreciate his good work on behalf of A&B.

Justin, Jordan, and Josh were all very friendly and professional. They were able to diagnose, find, and fix My septic drainage issue quickly. The final bill was less than what I was anticipating. Everyone I talked to at A&B supplied excellent customer service.

Levi came and checked our system and he was very professional, friendly, informative and respectful. I would highly recommend him to others.

There was an emergency situation and they were able to get us in that day by working later, coming all the way out to Brooks after hours to accommodate our emergency. Very personable and easy and I strongly recommend making them your first call, because it'll be the last call. No need to call anyone else ever. I don't usually leave reviews but it's the least i can do considering I only need septic service every so often and they deserve the business. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

This company is the real deal. Great value, good communication, the experience to find and solve the problem quickly, and generally the nicest people you could hope to work with. They answer the phone and show up on time or let you know if there will be a delay. Very courteous.

We were in urgent need to get our septic tank emptied. Called Santiam Septic and by noon the following day it was done!! Thanks Dan and Michelle we really appreciate you, and highly recommend your business.

Eric helped me from initial call to finish of business and provided quick response to my phone call and very kind, respectful, and timely work! Would certainly recommend.

Extremely nice and helpful on the phone even though he knew I couldn’t use his services (I needed someone the same day and he happened to be busy with someone else in the same situation). Great guy will use him in the future for sure.
