BEST WESTERN PLUS MILL CREEK INN REVIEWS

Our family had a great experience here two nights ago and I just wanted to share. From the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the spacious and beautiful front lobby to the quiet business center to the fitness center (only amenity we didn't use was the pool), everything was great. Rooms were clean. Beds were super comfortable. We will definitely stay again when passing through Salem, Oregon! Thank you BW for another quality experience.

Nice and clean hotel! I stayed with a group, and we all had a great experience. While the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast on-site, they provided us with vouchers for Denny’s, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff here are great! Always friendly and they make my stay here more comfortable. The beds are comfy and its always pretty quiet. I come to Salem a lot for work and every time, I stay at the Best Western Mill Creek, I won't stay anywhere else.

THE HOTEL SALEM REVIEWS

As a mid level hotel on busy city center road it serves its purpose well. The rooms, staff and breakfast were exactly what you would expect from a travellers/ business hotel. Room was quiet, breakfast was generous if highly processed. The neighborhood offered easy access to grocery stores and fast food.

We had a group in town for a memorial service and The Hotel Salem couldn’t have been more accommodating and lovely to work with. We were very well taken care of and everyone was very pleased with the accommodations and location of the hotel. Thank you to the wonderful employees. During our difficult time you made getting together as a family easy and memorable.

Had an amazing stay at the Hotel Salem on 2/24! Their staff and service is top notch and the management team is incredible! Always a great breakfast and comfy rooms.

This review is long over due as I visited back in June '24, but a HUGE Kudos to Ralph, Katelyn, and the entire staff for such a warm, kind, and welcoming stay!! Their attention to detail, customer service, and professionalism really shined bright from valet to checkout. The lobby, the rooms, and even the meal suggestions were also huge delights as it really added value to my stay! Thanks again everyone at the Grand Hotel for your kindness! First time in Salem, OR & will definitely book again when I return.

I’m not thrilled about not having daily maid service when I’m there on an extended stay. Even when I request daily maid service I only get service every other day. The price isn’t less on days without service. Minimally the coffee service needs replenished. This practice needs to be changed. The downtown location is a bit noisy other than that we enjoy our stay there.

We visited Salem a few months ago and stayed at The Grand Hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and cozy rooms, great staff, and amazing restaurant on site. We look forward to visiting again in 2025.
