I will say the unit was not to my move in standards given I’m in the same industry, Tiffany moved me in and was quick and efficient with my application and paperwork definitely grateful for that when I needed to move quick. Mark Anthony was also great and great to talk to, he’s so nice and helpful. He got my move in work orders put in and made my worries go away about the issues in the unit. Overall a decent experience and no real issues at all.

In my experience with the office staff, they have been completely friendly, respectful, and helpful anytime I come to the office with anything. Marisa is super helpful and responds fairly quickly with any questions or issues I have had! It is nice to see the property consistently taking initiative when something becomes broken or damaged, it typically gets handled right away! The maintenance team is always out and helpful as well!.

Waterfield Square Apartments has an amazing knowledgeable staff & maintenance team. They always take care of their tenants like family. We have worked with the office staff and maintenance team for several years and they always are on top of repairs and maintenance. I look forward to continue working with Marissa and everyone at Waterfield Square Apartments!.

I have been living in these apartments for the past two years, and any time I need assistance, I don’t even need to call—Morgan is incredibly responsive via email. With just one message, she takes action and gets the job done. She is truly the best and has a unique ability to solve problems and support the residents. Thank you, Morgan!.

We just moved in a month ago and so far, we have no complaints with the apartment and the community. The application process was easy and Richard was extremely helpful with the whole moving in process. All questions were addressed promptly and the La Morada team was extremely patient with us with all our never-ending inquiries.

Toured with Alondra and had a great tour. They have good prices and special right now. The experience was nice and I will be applying for 2 bedroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Brookside Crossings. The location was great. The apartment complex and surrounding neighborhood was nice, shopping was nearby and the freeway was a short distance away. The response times to maintenance requests were always quick.

Excellent lease options especially for us as we only needed a short term plan. Also very helpful leasing agent who guided us every step of the way as we needed a quick transition. Highly recommend to check out their various lease options!.

Replacement of the water heater was done in an excellent and timely manner!!! Thank you Additional maintenance was done unrelated to the water heater a few days later. So, another 5 stars for another job well done!!!.
