3 Best Auto Body Shops in Stockton, CA

Was t-boned in an accident and my car’s left back seat door was dented in pretty bad. I went to Caliber Collision after seeing their high reviews, and they did not disappoint. From when I brought my car in to when repairs were finished, customer service was always helpful and welcoming. They always kept me updated through text and call about my car’s status, and were very informative of the work they were going to do on it. Repairs finished in less than a week, which was a pleasant surprise to me, and my car felt and looked just as it did before my accident. They even went as far to return my rental. Would highly recommend this place.

I have been a customer more times than I would like to have been! But the customer service is always great. I cant say that about the work they do, but I am sure it’s not easy. I still give a 5 star review because they are always willing to fix what you do not like. For example, I was rushed in to pick up my car before 5, just for it to not be 100%. The bumper had several scratches and the spot to repare had a scratch in the paint down to the metal with a couple of bubbles. I did not accept it and had to come back two days later. But it was worth it. Thank you.

I would like to personally thank Alfonso For keeping me informed of the progress of my car and would like to Think the front end staff for helping me complete my paperwork and getting my claims completed thank you to Theresa for answering all my questions and keeping me informed. G&C auto body is the best. The service on my car was excellent. I did not have to call them and ask them when my car would be ready. They kept me informed on where they were and how much longer it was going to take for the completion of my vehicle if they needed time for something extra such as a part, they would call me and let me know it was excellent service from the time I came to the shop to the end. I would recommend all my friends to CHG auto body. They have patience with their clients as well. All the questions that you may have they will answer them. Let you know everything that’s wrong with your car in detail. I just really appreciate the service. The service was excellent.

Alex, the manager, did an exceptional job at explaining things to me (since my claim adjuster didn’t explain everything very well). Jeff made my car look new, again, with the repairs he did. Speaking with Samantha, from the front desk was nice as well- she ensured that the scheduling was taken care of and she made sure to put me in contact with the necessary people. I love that G&C Autobody repaired my car so quickly and they continuously keep you updated throughout the whole process, while your vehicle is in their care.

I had to get my front bumper repaired for my Tesla model 3. Jeff was extremely helpful and informative. The guys here did a great job. I noticed a few imperfections on the paint and they redid the entire front bumper paint. It’s perfect! Jeff kept me updated the entire process. Excellent service. Thank you.
