After meeting with Alex on Friday, going over the car. What would happen with the garage receiving the car on Monday! Keeping me in the loop, about the finds & what needed to be done, regarding priorities. Which was not what I brought the car in for initially. But they did just what they said they were going to do! Openly communicating any concerns or issues with the vehicle! I found them to be very professional, reasonable & competitive in there prices! Very easy to talk with, understanding the work that’s being done. I would highly recommend Toole’s Garage, to any new customers looking to have quality work or services done on their vehicles.

Alex, Doc, and Rafael were excellent with me and my dog. The problem with my truck would have a been great more challenging without their support and kindness. Toole is fortunate to have these individuals . I have one regret that I don't live closer to have Toole as my choice for auto repair. Thanks to all .

Everyone I spoke to was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took great care of my car and explained what happened, how their work addressed the issue, and what I can do to maintain the fix. I'll definitely be back next time my car needs some work.

I had previously gave Ohana give 5 stars without a comment, I want to tell you not only is Ohana a great shop they are honest, when I had pick up my vehicle they had my old parts waiting and. they showed me why it needed to be changed, this is important especially to a female, I knew I was not being rip off and my vehicle runs great, my gas mileage has increased significantly, Ohana was recommended to me my a friend and I am going to recommend them to my Friends.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The work was done in an appropriate time. Suggestions or recommendations on future work was appreciated. They are honest and respectful. Appreciated the work completed. Our car runs beautifully.

Always friendly, explains what is going to be done gives estimates , gives you a time estimate for work being done gives suggestions if you ask what he recommends.

The owner is very friendly and thorough. Always helpful and quality customer service is top notch. Detail-oriented mechanics for who take the time to sit down with you and explain in detail the work involved from the diagnosis. I interviewed a couple of other shops in the area before deciding to take my car to Familia Automotive for major work on my Honda Accord and I am extremely satisfied. Reasonable rates that compare with the other high end shops I interviewed. Having been a mechanic in the past for a number of years, I know what to look for. Derek.

If you need a reliable, honest, up front, no joke mechanics, Familia Automotive are your guys! I have been entrusting Klent and his crew with my cars for a while now and they always did an outstanding performance. Just took my son’s Type R in for exhaust noise. Issue was resolved pretty quickly. These guys are amazing! I wouldn’t trust anyone but Familia Automotive to work on all my cars. They truly treat you like family!.

Came here for the first time on a busy Monday and the guy that helped me that day was so helpful. He was honest about their prices and offered to still help me if I come with the break pads required and he'd charge me for labor. It was a nice contrast from other auto places. I will definitely be coming back. Oh! And if you wait there while it's being serviced, they have restrooms and chairs in their waiting area!.
