My parents and I were simply browsing for a 2025 Toyota Rav-4, and had planned to visit multiple locations-- Stockton was our first pit stop. We were greeted immediately by Mr. Boon, low and behold, he is standing right next to the exact car I wanted. Boon was very welcoming and insisted I tell him everything I am looking for in my "dream" car, and he didn't disappoint with what he had to offer. What I appreciate in any salesperson is their ability to juggle being direct and understanding with a customer. Boon and Suzie excelled at this by finding discounts to match our finances, giving great and realistic advice for the care of my car, and simply creating a fun environment during such a long process. Drove out from the East Bay to visit Toyota of Stockton. They had the exact vehicle and color I wanted in stock. I was helped out by Sales Consultant Mohamed Ali. Recently I had an issue with the 2015 Honda pilot. I received a letter from American Honda stating that there was an issue with the vcm feature. That it may cause misfire issues. And was informed of a extended warranty. Unfortunately I received this information after I have already paid to fix this issue twice. When the check engine light came back on again for the same issue I contacted Stockton Honda and brought my car in. After almost 3 weeks of it being at the dealership waiting for a response from American Honda I was formed today that American Honda is not going to cover the cost of their own defect. Although I am very disappointed in American Honda as a company and I think that is just simply bad business that they should fix their defect that it should have been a recall I don't get to make those decisions. But I would like to say that Nick at Stockton Honda was very kind to us very helpful very gracious very honest and I do recommend him and their service department to the best of my knowledge they were honest and very forthcoming. Shout out to Nick thank you brother.

Excellent experience ! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I brought my car in on a very busy day and I was worried it would be stressful since i had to bring my one year old with me. Bryan, my service advisor, went above and beyond to make everything easy. He kept me updated throughout the service, got my car done quickly, and even made sure my child was comfortable while we waited. Outstanding customer service—I highly recommend Chase Chevrolet, especially Bryan.

Great customer service. Kyle was knowledgeable on my needs for my 2009 Z06 oil change needs. The technician left everything as he found it ( clean), no dropped oil burning smells. Oh and the donuts was a nice touch in the customer waiting area.

Extremely long wait for oil change won't ever choose SATURDAY again staff was very courteous and attentive overall experience was satisfying.
