Max, Alex, and Phillip were great! They used their mini excavator to dig up my old redwood septic tank and pump it out. They were very careful not to harm it. They were happy to answer questions. The tank was under my lawn Max was careful to dig up the lawn so as they could replant the grass like you would sod. They were friendly and worked together like a team. I am very satisfied with their work and would gladly use them again.

Was cleaning septic tank. Got call to get at home before appointment time we loved it. Give sometips how to keep tank clean. Reasonable price. Very friendly and help person to get tank empty and everything clean no mess left.

I’ve used this business twice and both times they have been excellent with their service. They are very promp on their time and very professional! I will definitely continue to use them.

I called Parrish & Sons to help find and clean out our Septic on a new farm about 1 year ago. They went above and beyond the call of duty to help locate and clean an old system that has been neglected for 10 years. Today I called them back because we have a mystery bathroom in a barn that I could not locate a septic tank for. I called and Aaron was a huge help. He lead me, guided me, and tutored me to find files of all permits to this property dated back to 1960 in the SJC.gov website. I would have never found this on my own. This solved a huge potential problem and really was a bright spot in my week. Thank you Aaron and Parrish & Sons for fantastic customer service.

This company was called by my In-laws to give an estimate on a septic problem. They were one of three companies that came out. They gave a reasonable rate and an honest assessment of what the problem was. They didn’t try to take them for a ride because they’re elderly. You gotta respect that in this day and age. They worked fast and had the problem fixed in 3.5 hours. They were very careful not to break any property as they moved the backhoe in place to dig. In the end the repair was less than 1/3 the cost of the next highest quote given by another company. Our family highly recommends this company based off our experience with them.

Great company. I've used them for an inspection and for regular pumping.
