Amazing experience, was helped beautifully by both store manager David and Sherry. They were both very patient with me and kept my soon to be wife company while they helped me find the perfect ring for her. Thank you for the opportunity to finally see how a jeweler store operates and overall thoroughly pleased with my experience here at Zales. My fiance and I went to Zales yesterday and had the best service with Sarah. She took the time to explain all the details on my engagement ring and warranty. She was very informational and helpful with resizing my ring. I would definitely recommend this location because of her making us feel so welcomed.

I was greeted by Sariah super friendly and helpful. Then I was helped by Raul. Told Raul the style I was looking for showed me options. Picked the ring of my dreams. They also gave me the best deals and lifetime warranty. Thank you for your help now the count down begins for the wedding.
