CovePointe at the Landings

I love living at Cove Point. The staff has always been helpful and Sandra is quick to find the answer to any of my questions. My Golden Retriever, Cooper, loves the waterfront walkway, adjacent field to chase tennis balls, the treats the staff always have in hand for him, and the elevators instead of taking stairs after enjoying outdoor time. I feel safe and secure here because entrances require a code or key fob to enter and each unit has a security system available. The pool is beautiful and I love that some of Norfolk’s best restaurants are within walking distance.

I had a wonderful experience moving in to cove point. I lived here from 2016-2017. When I came back to Norfolk, Va I called the community again and Niya Fields helped me out. She was amazing she let me know what was available and if I wanted to tour certain homes. I absolute had a smooth move in process no headaches at all, thank you to Niya Fields!!!

Everytime I come to these apartments there is a young Lady by the name of Niya, she greets with a smile and pleasant conversation. She makes it wonderful coming to this place.
