This is my second experience using Bay Old Dominion. I returned the second time because I was thoroughly pleased with the customer service and the explanation of what to expect for the bodywork of my vehicle. Both times I had been in accidents that were not my fault. I appreciated them getting the estimates over to the insurance company quickly and I like that I was able to have the payment sent to them and didn’t have to deal with any of the financial aspects between them and the insurance company. Miss Helen and Chandler are very organized. Both of my experiences were great.

I was glad I chose here over anywhere else. Took a few weeks to get my truck back but I trusted that I was going to get the best result… I was proven right! Julia is great at keeping you informed on what’s going on and realistic time frames. Truck came back looking like it never had damage in the first place. Recommended highly.

Not my first time at this shop and it definitely will not be my last. Fair prices, transparent, and very patient with folks who may not have a lot of experience in collisions or cars in general. Customer service is one of the best I’ve seen. Highly recommend.

CALIBER COLLISION NORFOLK REVIEWS

Caliber Collision took care of my vehicle and me like a DREAM! They ended up keeping it a few days longer than originally expected, but WAY made up for it with their outstanding service. Everyone was amazing from the man who greeted me at the door and set up the appointment to the man who went over what all service would be done including the cost, ( so no surprises ), to the man who went the extra mile ( and I do mean a mile! ) to clean up, polish up, and make my vehicle look better, not just what was repaired but all over shiny and pretty!! They all are polite, courteous, and even laughed along with my lame jokes! I would tell everyone and anyone ( and I have! ) to take their business to Caliber Collision on Merritt St.? Hands down the best repair shop. They were communicative every day with updates and tracking process. My car looks amazing . I will be referring all friends & family and if I ever need more repair will definitely be coming to Caliber. Absolutely amazing service! I needed my headlight bulbs replaced and just called them to ask for advice on where to go, and they had my bring in my car and replaced the bulbs on the spot! They were so kind and helpful and made sure I didn’t get screwed over by a mechanic shop. Highly recommend.

The collision center is very customer friendly. The front desk associates were very thorough and knowledgeable about the process of getting my repair taken care of. Enterprise came to meet me at the center and give my rental in a decent amount of time of my drop off. Very impressed India and Amarah . If I misspelled your names don’t fight me but both have been awesome no matter the need. 10/10 I recommend. Car was clean inside and out and service center did a great job .

This was my first experience with Classic Collision. Tom was amazing and I will definitely like to thank him for an amazing job on my Nissan. I didn't recognize my car. Tom was professional from the beginning to the end of my transaction when I picked up my car. The transaction was smooth and enterprise picked me up in a timely manner. Tom definitely gets a 10 across the board and 5 stars. Thank you so much Tom and the crew.

Jeremy and the entire front desk staff were absolutely amazing from customer service to the work quality done to my vehicle and overall communication is 10 out of 10. My experience with the staff at Classic Collision was top tier they were extremely patient and accommodating for the entire process! I would highly recommend Classic Collision.
