I’ve been living at Merrimack Landing Apartments for almost 3 months now, and it’s been a great experience. The home is comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and pleasant, and the leasing team—Jenny, Amy, and especially Keyana—has been amazing. Keyana, who has been our main point of contact, is incredibly helpful and always responds promptly to emails, making sure everything is taken care of smoothly. We’ve also had a couple of maintenance issues, and Nikko and Williams were quick and efficient, resolving everything with ease. I truly appreciate the professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness of the entire team. It’s made settling in feel effortless.

Mrs. Amy was such a pleasure to work with! This is my first place on my own and she has made the process a breeze and lifted a weight off of my shoulders. I truly appreciate her and her lovely personality as well as the other ladies in the office as well! Thank you again Mrs. Amy!!.

Maintenance: Tebrey came out to fix my air conditioning. He did an amazing job in a timely manner. He was super respectful and helpful! I’m thankful we have such a good maintenance team!.

So it’s been a year and I just resigned my lease! Can you believe they are going to clean my carpets for free.. It’s just two bedrooms but that’s so sweet. I enjoy my laminated floors the most however. I am still in love with living here!! My closet space is everything! I spend so much time on my balcony. I had so much fun entertaining my guests at the pool/grill area this summer. I swam so many laps in our beautiful pool. Thank you Parktowne for ensuring your tenants never want to live anywhere else.

I went to apply at this apartment complex and the lady there by the name Heather had exceptional customer service. I was told this was a great place to stay by two other tenants who already stay there. I am having regrets about not going through with the entire process but things worked out different then I expected at the place I already reside. Either way this lady treated me and my four year old with the upmost respect and concern. My kid loved her and maybe one day we will return as tenants. Customer service means a lot to me so I had to leave this review. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for everything Heather.

Very thankful for this place. Mrs Laurie is a real one and has made life a lot easier and less stressful. During an unexpected loss where we had to move out of beautiful park Towne she went above and beyond providing resources, making calls, and helping me find a place to live. Her and the staff really care when times are tough and it shows.
