I was getting a little worried that I could not meet the city’s deadline to have my septic tank cleaned and inspected by the end of the month. One local service company said rather gruffly that they were booked up for “weeks” in advance. When I called Goodman’s, their voice mail box was full so I could not leave a message, but I received a call back a few minutes later because they saw my number on caller ID. Goodman’s was able to schedule my service within four days of my call. They arrived first thing on the day schedule, so there was no waiting around for service. They were respectful of my property and completed the job very efficiently. They instructed me on the details of my system's installation should troubles arise in the future. I plan to use Goodman’s for all my future septic tank service.

I called Goodman Septic Tank Service and talked to Mr. Goodman about my issues. My septic tank needed to be pumped. They came out same day and took care of it. Customer service at its best. I commend there prompt service and will definitely recommend them if you have any septic tank issues.

I am glad that I used this service. Excellent service and very friendly! After they finished pumping out the septic tank, the older gentleman was trying to get all the soil back to the way it was. Then later he saw the gravels on my driveway was messed up by their truck, he put all the gravels together as neat as possible. That's something I don't see much anymore nowadays. I will definitely use their services again in the future. Thank you!

So happy with our experience! The gentleman even pulled up our trash cans from the road while I moved our vehicles for him to have driveway access (it was trash day). He was very polite, informative and professional. Even provided education on monitoring. This will be our go to company if any needs arise. Highly recommend!

considering the line of work they do there equipment and trucks are very clean and they have boundaries of what is dirty and what is clean and they leave your property clean........

ducks came to my home in battery park. They discovered we had a clogged distribution box. they cleaned all the pipes and got is flowing great. I highly recommend them.
