3 Best Hotels in Norfolk, VA

Starting at the front desk, checking in was pleasant and efficient. We were very kindly upgraded to a nicer room. Room was clean , and the view was great. The concierge lounge was clean, and the food and beverages were refreshing and delicious. The valet service was very accommodating and efficient. We will continue to support The Sheraton Waterside as our preferred hotel. . We have seen continued improvement; thank you management.

Beautiful views with all the amenities. Everything you need is in walking distance. The staff was exceptional. The lady that helped me at 2 am check in was very helpful as I was needing so much information and accomodations. She was awesome! She had braids and a nose ring and so pleasant at 2 am! Thank you.

The Sheraton Waterside is a wonderful hotel with amazing staff. Karen checked me in and gave me a fantastic room. I got an awesome drink at the bar before heading to my room. And Sylvia made my day by helping me with a late checkout. Nothing but great things to say about this hotel and staff.

One of the better motels in Ocean View, Norfolk. The staff are courteous and professional. I stayed a couple of nights. My room was on the tower side of the Motel. The room was very clean and had a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay. This motel also has a gym if you wanted to get a workout in while you’re in town. They also provide free breakfast which was stocked with a good variety of food. The only thing that I think needs some attention is the elevator on the tower side. It’s a bit old and very slow. Other than that, I had a great stay.

Really nice hotel. Will definitely be returning the room. It was great. The location of the hotel was even better. Walking distance from the beach! The pool was super nice. It was really nice having a lot of seating outside! The breakfast was great. Those women were working so hard to keep it up. We had the suit with a kitchen, and the oven and fridge were great enough room to store snacks and food. Used the oven to cook dinner one night, and it was great.

This hotel in ocean view is far the best. The front desk very helpful and polite. The breakfast was awesome Christine was very sweet and courteous she made sure everything was stocked and clean. I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend Best Western ocean view.
