We lived here for nearly 6 years and only moving because we’ve outgrown the place and bought a house. Can’t say enough good things about living here. It’s in a quiet tucked area spot yet close to everything the west side has to offer. Never had a single issue with neighbors. Chris and Chrissy are fantastic and responsive and any issues we had were dealt with quickly. Having in-unit washer and dryer and being able to have my cats is a huge plus and hard to find anywhere else. We will miss living here.

It was absolutely a great experience to live in Hill Meadow apartments. Apartment was great, well maintained. Both Chris and Chrissy really care for their tenants. They are a phone call/ email away when ever you need them. The surrounding is very calm and quiet even though you are walking distance to the Walgreens, 2 min away from county market and 5 minutes to the MMC. You can see bunnies play in the yard and deer walk around at night. Recommend this place to anyone who need a calm quiet place to call home.

Chris in the office is fantastic. Very friendly, took the time to walk through everything with me and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend working with them!
