Orchard Park

I’ve enjoyed living at Orchard Park since day 1. I was sold on washer/dryers in each unit. During my first seasonal inspection a couple of months after moving in, it was determined I had a leak in the furnace room and the next day I was getting a new hot water heater. Maintenance staff seem to come and go but when you put in a work order, they are there no later than a day after initial request. Thanks!

My fiancé and I lived at Orchard Park for about 3 years. Anytime we called the office with a maintenance issue, it was fixed promptly. Management was also very responsive anytime we reached out with questions. Some of the appliances (mainly the dishwasher) in our unit were outdated, but everything worked well still. Never had any issues with pests or unfriendly neighbors. All of the above paired with the inexpensive rent, I would definitely recommend Orchard Park!

Sarah Analla, one of the Leasing Agents at Orchard Park Apartments, has made my moving experience from out of town pretty much stress free! She is wonderful to work with, and has been one of the best property managers I have ever worked with. I am excited to move in soon!
