Library Hill Apartments

I have only been living at Library Hill apartments for 4 months, and my experience with them has been great! With moving in from states away, they were very helpful with the applying and moving. They are also pet friendly, which allowed my partner and I to finally get a dog as planned. Their maintenance and upkeep is also great, as any time I’ve made a report, Steven was there immediately and was very friendly. Very happy with the place!

Library Hill has been great. We really love having Parker as our leasing agent. Everyone that works here is friendly! Maintenance has always replied within a reasonable time and fixes the issue within 24-48 hours. The price is reasonable for a two bedroom apartment and parking is the least of our worries living here. I would recommend living at Library Hill.

I had a lovely experience while touring Library hill. Lovely replied quick to messages and scheduled a tour with us quickly. Overall just a very well managed apartment complex. Everything was very clean, very nice place to rent!
