Marble Alley Lofts

I have been here going on five months and I love it more every day. Both the management staff and maintenance crew are the best. The location is perfect (walking distance to the downtown and old city areas) and I am much closer to the places that I most often visit. The apartments are not actually lofts so they are much larger than you would think. I just sold my house and moved here until I could purchase something smaller. But I think I might enjoy staying here a little longer than I anticipated. I live on the 3rd floor which is actually street level which makes it nice. The complex is large enough and designed so that you can get your daily exercise (in addition to the fitness center!) just walking through the long winding corridors. The parking garage with assigned spaces is is nice but could probably use a few speed bumps to slow down the traffic. I absolutely love it here and would highly recommend Marble Alley to friends or family.

From calling into the office to ask for details about units through now living at Marble Alley Lofts, Alex and Dewayne have been nothing but amazing. They were extremely helpful for a person moving to the Knoxville area, providing numerous recommendations and pieces of advice about how to best enjoy the amazing downtown area. The units and facilities are all kept up remarkably well, with the saltwater pool being the prized gem. Highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking for a stress free move with great access to downtown Knoxville.

I’m moving in soon and have had a wonderful experience. Alex is quick to respond and very helpful; outstanding customer service. I enjoy working with him! Can’t wait to call Marble Alley Lofts home!
