Dealt with Tanner and Riad. Both were amazingly professional. The whole process took less than a full day. We showed up Monday evening and did a test drive. We arrived close to closing so we told them to send us the preliminary numbers in an email. We received the numbers that night. I talked the issues over and we came to agreement on Tuesday morning. After work Tuesday, we showed up. In a crazy surprise, the final numbers were 4 dollars a month less than initially quoted. Meaning they didn't try to play games or do a bait and switch or anything. It was, quite literally, the easiest and best dealer experience I have had. Highly recommend this dealership.

We had a surprisingly easy experience buying a new Honda at AutoNation. We had a pretty good idea of what we wanted and how much we wanted to pay and the sales team at AutoNation made it happen. We came to an agreement pretty quickly and the paperwork was handled expeditiously. There was never any pressure to buy anything we didn't want. This was my last of the 2 year warranty service on my 2023 Passport. The Service Advisor Rrahman was quite congenial and thus a pleasure to work with. His communication skills were as good as can be! He went thru the inspection report with me item by item. The inspection, oil change, and recall work were done promptly in less then the time advised. The inspection itself was very detailed including tire tread depth, brake pad thickness, as well as checking cabin air filter for cleanliness among a host of other inspections. The reception and pickup were very streamlined and expeditious. Lastly AutoNation Honda treats its customers and vehicles with great care and respect, a very pleasant experience.
