HILTON KNOXVILLE REVIEWS

Very pleased with our stay. Everyone was more than accommodating for our needs.. Ed from valet kept a watchful eye on our show car that we brought down from Jersey. Sam went above and beyond guiding the loading and unloading of the vehicle.. Everyone was pleasant and very friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

We checked in super late and they made it very easy for us! The rooms were nice, the beds were comfy. Julian and Sam the valets were working so hard!! They’re what made me leave a review— both of them were truly going above and beyond for every customer.

Stayed here for UTK orientation. Very walkable. Market Square is nearby if you don't want to eat at the hotel. We had breakfast and happy hour at the hotel. It was fine dining/high-end bar. Excellent service and rooms.

HOLIDAY INN KNOXVILLE WEST-CEDAR BLUFF RD REVIEWS

Great place to stay. Brought a pet and the pet fee was very reasonable. The staff members were very friendly. The pool was very clean and well maintained. Hot tub needs a little work it was more of a warm tub lol. But overall an excellent experience. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I loved everything the only thing I had the slightest issue was the hot tub when turned on had a slight algae smell. The ball court was a little loud but that was to be expected. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. I did have to use my own pillow. But it was fine I have a sensitive spine.

Got a room for my daughter who is a traveling nurse, she has a pet and Chris went out of his way to make sure that her pet had a snack when checking in. Also when she went to her room there were treats for her pet in there. Thanks, Holiday Inn, and especially Chris.

BEST WESTERN PLUS KNOXVILLE CEDAR BLUFF REVIEWS

Stayed here for one night. The location was great. Just 15 minutes from downtown. There are lots of restaurants and stores close by that easy to get to. The staff were all very nice. The queen double bed room was large with extra room to move around. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The only complaint would be the bathroom sink area was small with little counter space and the shower was very weak! We would stay here again.

We just checked in and I’m impressed. Angela is very sweet, front desk. Room is meticulous clean. I can’t wait to get rest on this comfy beds with good pillows. Smells are great everywhere. Best western way to go! I’m definitely going to be looking into BW hotels during our next trips.

Great hotel, don't sleep on Best Western. I was very satisfied with my stay. Front desk staff was very friendly. Hotel was clean. The complimentary breakfast was outstanding. Would highly recommend.
