I had a great experience here and found a mattress that I love! Our sales woman, Donna, was just wonderful. She didn’t hover and let us decide on our own. We eventually made a decision to buy that same day and I don’t regret it at all. She was just wonderful. I can’t express how glad I am we chose to shop local. Support your local businesses and you won’t regret it! I hope to be back sometime.

Mr. Brown was very nice. He was respectful as we shopped around and was right there for questions. The prices were very reasonable, the store was clean, everyone was nice. My furniture was delivered quickly and with care. The delivery guys were great too (I have the steepest driveway and they took it in stride). Definitely will be coming back as I need or want new furniture. I love my new set (including the coffee table!).

Amazing selection of furniture and the pricing is very reasonable. We had a great salesperson who didn’t push us, but was very helpful. We went back after the first visit and Bryan was our salesperson again and he made our shopping experience so easy. We will definitely be buying our future furniture needs at Brown Squirrel. No need to shop anywhere else.

Very pleased with our salesman Christopher. We were promptly greeted and explained what we were looking for in a recliner. He first showed us the one I had been researching, the Vail. After sitting in it he'd noted the position of my neck not being supported and had me sit in the Finley. It was a perfect match. Chris showed us the fabric colors and textures. We chose our fabric color and texture and upgraded the seat cushion to a temperpedic and took the 5 year service plan for the fabric. It was a very smooth transaction and Christopher did a great job all the way through the process. It's nice to work with a professional who is approachable, and knowledgeable about their product. We will be doing business in the future with Lazyboy.
