I have been a customer of JTV for approximately 15 years. I am pleased with the service. Where else do you get 30 days to decide if you want to keep your purchase. Once you decide to keep the jewelry, you get to make payments in installments. You also can get Jewel Safe, which insures your jewelry for 2 years. I am a HAPPY CUSTOMER.

I love the deals and Knowledgeable staff. I learn so much listening to everyone. I love jewelry so much and have since I was a little girl. The prices of your jewelry make it possible to collect so many amazing pieces and different gemstones. JTV is just part of life now.

I worked with Blake and he was helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. The entire staff are great. Beautiful pieces of jewelry are on display that would make anyone very happy. I love that they also do custom work and quality repairs. Would highly recommend this business.

I definitely recommend!! My diamond was lose in my engagement ring and they fixed it right up for me. They even cleaned it!! It looked brand new, I haven’t seen it so cleaned since I got it, they even cleaned my wedding band! Definitely recommend them.

Gorgeous reimagining of my diamonds. Wonderful design process with thoughtful interpretation. It is exactly as I pictured and hoped. It is as beautiful on the inside as the outside. Thank you Rick Terry Jewelers.

Whether you're in Tennessee or further away, their team is incredible and can help you in person or remote! My fiancé recently got my ring there, and their team did a great job helping him pick it out. We will always go to Lamons.

I was very impressed with their performance and customer care. My primary customer representative, Tom Bourne, went out of his way to establish a relationship that was more than just “selling” a product. This store, in particular, did an outstanding job with a customer who could have visited another Lamon’s store for convenience. They have my business now, and they will have it in the future.

Excellent customer service and communication. I would be happy to do business with them again. I highly recommend this business. They were extremely professional and helpful.
