As a new grad and new employee moved into a new city, moving into Aventine Northshore is the most great decision I made in the past 3 years. Aventine team really made me feel warm and caring during all my transfering and lease changing. In the past 3 years, I got married, had a full time job and finally settled down in this city. Aventine Northshore apartment will always be my mental HOME.

Beautiful apartment complex that is well maintained and in a beautiful location. I love the proximity to the river and close businesses. The staff is very helpful and made the move super pleasant. They have been very attentive to all maintenance needs since moving in. The grounds team keeps the landscaping beautiful. We moved here from out of state, and it has been perfect for us. We are thrilled with Aventine Northshore.

Everything about my Aventine Northshore experience has been fabulous so far. Hannah and Taylor are the dynamic duo - delightful, knowledgeable, and professional. The entire community is perfection - Decor, Clubhouse, Pool, Landscaping, Maintenance, Events, and Amenities!!

Living at Marble Alley Lofts has exceeded my expectations. This apartment feels so much more like a home than any other apartment I’ve experienced. From the quality and luxury design and features, to the sense of community with your neighbors, you won’t want to rent any other apartment ever again. Definitely the best place to live in Knoxville!

I was wowed by the building, the location and amenities. More importantly the staff was highly professional and demonstrated great follow up. Blake was super knowledgable and helpful and the application process went smoothly. This is a very good value for the rate which includes private covered secured parking assigned to each tenant with guest parking accommodations as well. Game changer! Very happy with our choice!

You guys make a super team and are doing a great job! Keep it up and continue to bring in more amenities for the benefit of all the residents. Very happy with the long-awaited Ping-pong table. Hope the micro-oven for the Club House comes soon! Thank you!

Just renewed our lease. Very happy with the home and the amenities are very nice. The property is well kept and staff are friendly. The parking is a bit of a challenge because it's a tight space. If someone has a large vehicle, or doesn't pull up all the way, it's hard to get by to your spot. Not a whole lot that can be done about it because of how the parking lot is built. Other than that I have no complaints. The property is well kept and any maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. Home itself is comfortable. There's storage space and tall ceilings. The spacious deck my unit has is probably my favorite feature.

Very satisfied with our move everyone very nice considerate professional maintenance is extraordinary any requests are normally done the same day which is very unusual for most apartment complexes they are also very knowledgeable and very forthcoming with any type of advice to help with their job as well as our job to keep things running smoothly very good experience with both maintenance gentleman and administrative ladies and gentlemen so glad we moved here.

Love this complex! From touring to applying to lease signing and living in the community, the staff have been so incredible! I have had to put in a couple minor maintenance requests and they have been attended to very quickly. The community is quiet and calm, and I have a lovely neighbor :-)
